Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery, equipment, and facilities according to schedules Inspect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; identify signs of wear and potential failure Make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment, including replacement of belts, filters, bearings, sensors, etc. Document all maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software; ensure accurate records of all maintenance work, parts used, and equipment status Assist in identifying recurring issues and recommend improvements to procedures or equipment design Support production teams by responding to and troubleshooting equipment issues Maintain a clean and organized workspace; contribute to a culture of safety Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and departments to coordinate maintenance and minimize production disruptions What We Offer: 401k – 4% match on 5% deferrals PTO – Up to 5 weeks Employer Paid Life Insurance Employer Paid Short-term Disability Generous Health Insurance Coverage Dental Insurance Safety Shoes & Glasses reimbursements Employee Appreciation Events Competitive pay based on experience. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate’s degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical or electrical technology, or related field preferred 2+ years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, with a focus on preventative maintenance Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Familiarity with CMMS software (e.g. Fiix, eMaint, MP2, or similar) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment diagrams Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and within a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed Related Military Job Codes: We value military experience and recognize transferable skills.
