Job Description Perform preventative maintenance on Imaging equipment. Maintain dryers, cleaning the IR and carbon emitter lamps. Changing them as needed. Bearing Maintenance: Change out worn bearings on the blowers, rollers, idlers and drum as needed. Conversions: Converting imaging device to various formats. Maintain an inventory of needed repair parts, including ordering supplies as a needed Repairing components: changing pogo pins, driver boards and ribbon cable. Proper lateral adjustment lockdown for a imaging mount for correct lateral alignment. Work as a back-up for consumables duties and help out building maintenance as needed, other duties may be assigned. Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members. Qualifications Skills Required Must have strong mechanical background Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to use power tools; Including drills, bandsaw, hand grinders and a bearing press. Competency in wielding, milling machines and lathe usage are a plus Experience in safe rigging and lifting of heavy parts using slings, chains and hoists. Will be required to obtain certification for walk behind lift and lift truck Be able to lift 50 pounds. Additional Information The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.00 - $22.44 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
