As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and minimizing downtime by performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on our advanced CNC machining and manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will help ensure our production operations continue to deliver world-class quality and performance. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Perform predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment. * Conduct routine inspections to identify potential mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues before they impact production. * Perform scheduled maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, calibration, adjustments, and replacement of worn components. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to restore equipment to proper operating condition. * Assist in implementing preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend machine life. * Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and documentation. * Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize maintenance activities while minimizing disruption to operations. * Monitor inventory levels of replacement parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. * Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements. * Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned. DO YOU HAVE? * High school diploma or equivalent. * Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience performing maintenance and repair on CNC machines or industrial manufacturing equipment. * Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments. * Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and recordkeeping. * Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible hours when business needs require. * Ability to become forklift certified. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment.
