NBX maintains a well-organized shop with well-maintained equipment and a positive work environment. We are a small, family owned business offering great benefits. This is a full time, year round position, after a probationary period. The schedule is Saturday through Tuesday 10 AM to 8:30 PM. We are seeking a dedicated PM Technician to join our team. While this role covers a variety of equipment, the primary focus of this position is the maintenance and reliability of our feedlot assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to our truck and trailer fleet, as well as specialized feedlot machinery. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a fleet running at peak performance in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Must possess a personal inventory of basic hand and air-driven tools (up to 1/2" drive).

Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is the maintenance and reliability of feedlot assets, including ongoing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for the truck and trailer fleet, as well as specialized feedlot machinery. The technician must ensure the fleet runs at peak performance in a fast-paced agricultural setting.
