The Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing scheduled preventative maintenance throughout the hotel and assisting the Engineering team with the upkeep of guest rooms and public areas.  DUTIES * Complete preventative maintenance assignments as scheduled. * Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and hotel equipment to identify maintenance concerns. * Replace air filters, light bulbs, batteries, and other routine maintenance items. * Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. * Assist with guest room maintenance and repair projects. * Maintain accurate records of completed preventative maintenance work. * Keep engineering work areas, shops, and storage rooms clean and organized. * Use tools and equipment safely and properly. * Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to Engineering leadership. * Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous maintenance experience preferred, preferably in a hotel or resort environment. * Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks in a timely manner. * Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Pay rate is $21.
