GENERAL SUMMARY The Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all slot related equipment including slot machines and components, on floor slot monitoring systems, on floor ticket printer accounting systems, slot signage and progressive controllers, and other equipment as assigned. CORE SCOPE OF POSITION * Performs scheduled and "as needed" preventive maintenance on machines and equipment. * Responsible for ensuring that the Preventive Maintenance Log is accurately completed. * Responsible for replacing or repairing minor machine components. * Safeguards company assets. * Promotes teamwork within Slot Operations and with other departments. * Follows all laws, gaming regulations, policies and procedures and reports violations to the Slot Performance Supervisor. * Attends all scheduled team member meetings and trainings. * Maintains knowledge of and effectively promotes company services and players’ club program. * Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines. * Adheres to all hygiene and safety standards. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained. * Performs all other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities

The technician is primarily responsible for the scheduled and as-needed preventive maintenance of all slot-related equipment, including machines, monitoring systems, printers, and signage. This role also requires accurately completing the Preventive Maintenance Log and performing minor component replacements or repairs.
