KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Supporting the day to day operation of services through the delivery of appropriate evidence based interventions
• Assisting in the delivery of an integrated service through the provision of assessment, recovery planning, appropriate referral, support, care coordination and interventions
• Assessing service users, carrying out triage and comprehensive assessment as required and making appropriate onward referrals to specialist agencies
• Assessing and managing risk, ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for all
• Supporting with the arranging of appointments, coordination of referrals and telephone answering to provide an efficient information service to service users
• Providing an effective and accurate data entry service for the service including the production of basic statistical reports
