Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician Schedule: 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11pm) - 1st shift (Training) - 6am - 2:30pm Pay: STARTING $18-$20 /HR + $2,600 Sign-On Bonus + $3.00/hr shift premium for 2nd shift Summary Performs basic support tasks to assist maintenance technicians in installing and repairing machines and equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform routine preventive maintenance including changing coolant, oils, and other liquids throughout the facility. * Complete filter changes and inspections as part of scheduled PM’s. * Provide backup support for janitorial duties as needed. * Safely operate a variety of gauges, hand tools, and power tools. * Assist Maintenance Technicians in troubleshooting and repairing machines or facility systems. * Document maintenance activities and ensure work areas remain clean and organized. * Perform other duties as assigned to support overall shop operations. QUALIFICATIONS * Prior experience in machine maintenance, facilities, or related field a plus (willing to train the right candidate). * Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments safely and effectively. * Knowledge of coolants, oils, and shop fluids preferred. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow preventive maintenance schedules. * Able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Basic mechanical aptitude; willingness to learn CNC and machine shop systems. * Good communication and documentation skills. * Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks in industrial shop conditions. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Regularly required to stand, bend, and/or twist. * Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. * Required to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility equipment, including fluid changes and inspections. Assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, and general shop operations.
