Summary: PM Service Technicians preform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer farms to prevent reactive service needs and to keep the customer milking systems running smoothly. Requirements Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance: Complete routine maintenance tasks according to type of equipment. Customer Support: Provide excellent service during field visits and build positive rapport with farm owners. Documentation: Produce timely service reports and maintain accurate records of time and parts used. Safety & Biosecurity: Follow company and farm biosecurity protocols to protect animal health. On-Call Rotation: Remain reliable during scheduled on-call timeframes to support our 24/7 dairy partners. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Skills: Ability to learn how to use trade tools. License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (to operate company vehicles). Physical: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various farm environments. Mindset: A positive attitude, "can-do" spirit, and a passion for supporting the dairy industry.
