About this role: We are looking for a strategic and detail-driven Pricebook Coordinator to lead pricing initiatives and vendor partnerships that drive company growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role will be central in maintaining our Service Titan price book, enhancing supplier programs, and ensuring smooth collaboration across key departments including Sales, Operations, IT, and Marketing. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors to support business growth and profitability Collaborating with Operations, Procurement, and Sales to negotiate vendor agreements Communicating supplier program benefits to both field operations and corporate teams Conducting periodic supplier reviews and managing performance Driving compliance with Preferred Vendor spend Resolving field-supplier issues related to pricing, service levels, and more Supporting the rollout of supplier programs such as VMI and truck stock initiatives Owning the implementation, enhancement, and training for Price Book Pro Creating and maintaining the replacement price book in ServiceTitan Leading Price Book Pro implementation and SHS tenant conversion for acquisitions Assisting the Operations team with SHS tenant conversion Providing feedback and improvement suggestions to both internal teams and external partners (e.g., ServiceTitan) Collaborating with Sales, Operations, IT, and Marketing to align pricing strategy and customer-facing materials Working with the COO and VP of Sales to proactively adjust pricing based on market conditions Producing and analyzing reports to support Sales and Operations teams Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (preferred). 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, procurement, vendor management, or operations. Experience with Service Titan and Price Book Pro strongly preferred. Strong analytical and data reporting skills; proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively. The physical requirements of this job include: Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual workstation or office Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device. Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds. Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
