WHAT YOU'LL DO * Maintain and update vendor and product information within the PDI Enterprise system. * Review pricing and cost variances, investigate discrepancies, and communicate with vendors and Category Managers to resolve issues. * Assist with the setup and testing of new store promotions. * Support Store Managers and other company team members by answering questions related to assigned vendors. * Organize and file store paperwork accurately on a daily and weekly basis. * Assist with additional accounting, administrative, and operational tasks as needed. * Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS Required: * High School Diploma or GED. * Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: * Associate degree or higher. * Experience with accounting, finance, inventory, retail operations, or database software. * Experience working with vendor management or product information systems.
