Description

It’s an exciting time to join the Pricing and Analytics department here at AXA, with significant investment planned to support the growth of our people, tools, and processes. We’re looking for a positive and influential professional for a 6-month FTC to create, design, deliver and evaluate, technical and non-technical training for the Pricing employees (covering new hire induction and ongoing development) across AXA UK. You’ll build the training proposition to develop technical training solutions for the Pricing population; developing the tools to maintain technical expertise and performance and develop a culture of continuous learning.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home in the office moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
