JOB DESCRIPTION The Pricing Administrator, who will work alongside two Contract Specialists, will be responsible for supporting pricing-related tasks such as the pricing expiry and renewal process, resolving pricing discrepancies, and maintaining the contracts database as well as ad-hoc duties & projects required by management. To accomplish this, the successful candidate will be required to be detail oriented, be comfortable working with Excel and be a quick learner to understand CONMED Canada’s processes and systems. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to a thriving Commercial Excellence Team at CONMED Canada that is always striving to optimize its processes and its support to our internal and external stakeholders. Support the Commercial Excellence Team with resolving customer pricing discrepancy order errors and execute resolutions for future orders in collaboration with Customers Excellence and Sales. Maintenance of contracts database. Work in Oracle to update, add or change pricing of customers. Complete ad-hoc duties and projects as required by management. REQUIREMENTS 3 -6 months of experience in a similar role Ability to communicate with customers and employees in professional manner Capability to quickly learn new ERP System (ie. Oracle) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Oracle experience is an asset High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Working towards post-secondary degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting WHY CHOOSE CONMED?
