About Us RAM Partners, LLC, is a full-service real estate management company that manages more than 80,000 apartments throughout the United States. Overview: Pricing Advisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the rental revenue strategy of a portfolio of multifamily assets. This role will use YieldStar® and AIRM® to analyze new data daily to identify and recommend pricing strategies. Essential Job Functions: Review and maintain a portfolio of stabilized properties, accepting pricing recommendations within YieldStar® and AIRM®, adjusting as necessary to meet asset goals. Leads regularly scheduled weekly and/or bi-weekly calls with Property Managers and Area Vice Presidents, monitoring YieldStar® and AIRM®, system settings. Manages exposure of available units considering historical performance, seasonality, and current market data. Performs review of monthly exceptions and property performance; submits reporting in writing to properties and review variances. Initiates, assures, and coordinates proper training of on-site personnel and implementation of software. Continually trains for ongoing use of the tool during calls. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications/Skills: 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or related industry Previous YieldStar® or AIRM®, Revenue Management experience required. Must possess strong creative, research and analytical skills to help generate revenue opportunities Strong MS Word & Excel skills required Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in an autonomous dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: Proficiency in YieldStar® or AIRM®, software; certification preferred
