• Evaluate and pursue new customer and contract opportunities.
• Set profit margins on various files, according to financial objectives.
• Negotiate rates with agents and carriers (ocean carriers, airlines, trucking companies).
• Select the most competitive rates and prepare quotations using Freightos software.
• Follow-up on tight deadlines with customers.
• Transfer customer files with operations once quotes are accepted.
