FleetPartners is an ASX listed established leader in vehicle fleet leasing, fleet management and diversified financial services across Australia and New Zealand and offers consumers, businesses, and governments access to solutions including fleet leasing, fleet management services, novated leasing through its suite of brands. THE ROLE: This role supports our quoting and procurement process by liaising with our dealer network to source accurate pricing and vehicle availability, ensuring our Account Managers have the information they need to present competitive quotes to customers. You’ll request and review pricing through our dealer portal, follow up with dealerships when responses are delayed, and help manage the shared inbox and general enquiries. It’s a fast‑paced administrative role suited to someone detail‑focused, proactive, and confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders, with experience in fleet or automotive administration highly regarded. Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to): Analysing, profiling and identifying irregularities of quote requests Sourcing competitive pricing from the dealer network Confirm all relevant dealer and manufacturer discounts available to both asset and client are applied. Working with Customer design fit out requests and sourcing competitive pricing. Ensuring general enquiries and pricing requests are completed within set turnaround times. ABOUT YOU: You’re a proactive, detail‑minded administrator who’s comfortable working with numbers and supporting internal teams. You communicate clearly, stay organised, and bring a customer‑focused approach to everything you do. To be successful in this role you will have: Strong customer‑service mindset Experience in costing, finance, procurement or fleet/automotive admin (advantageous) High attention to detail and an eye for numbers and patterns Intermediate Excel skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines THE PERKS: We offer more than just a role: Up to 27 days of annual leave per year.
