About the Role: The Pricing Analyst supports the development and execution of our pricing strategy with a focus on analyzing opportunities to maximize price and margin. The Pricing Analyst will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to support the implementation of pricing initiatives effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with revenue, margin and market-positioning goals. * Monitor and manage price-change governance processes, including documentation and senior management communication. * Conduct competitive pricing analyses and market trend assessments to inform strategic pricing decisions. * Identify market opportunities to enhance margins and mitigate business risks. * Analyze industry market trends, competitive positioning, product performance, and margin drivers; communicate findings to management. * Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for management review. * Optimize pricing tools and technology platforms to support operational efficiency. * Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and execute pricing recommendations.
