COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, AI/machine learning applications, and pricing software.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate pricing strategies and insights effectively across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong aptitude in teamworking, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct pricing analysis across product lines to identify margin improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to refine pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales to set pricing for new products and promotions.
  • Monitor pricing effectiveness and recommend adjustments to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Provide insights into price elasticity, competitive positioning, and product performance.
  • Work with sales and customer support teams to understand pricing challenges and develop solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and guidelines.
