Position Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Pricing Analyst to lead and execute initiatives focused on streamlining and automating business processes across pricing. This role will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, designing automation solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable improvements that drive operational excellence and align with the overall organizational pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Document workflows, processes, and opportunities Monitor automated processes for performance and accuracy. Recommend enhancements and ensure alignment with evolving business needs. Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to identify and execute on areas of opportunity across multiple customer segments and product lines Assist with translation of complex business needs into functional technical requirements. Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Critical Skills : 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or automation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Solution oriented and self-motivated individual Additional Skills Strong ability to influence direct organization Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams Ability to manage complex datasets and translate insights into actionable business strategies. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
