Overview: Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets. Summary: Mr. Greens is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in analyzing pricing strategies, evaluating market trends, and supporting data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business success. Responsibilities: Analyze weekly produce pricing trends and market benchmarks Recommend and maintain optimal pricing by SKU/customer segment Prepare and publish regular price sheets for internal teams Help design future-state daily pricing workflow and supporting systems Build and maintain pricing models and historical pricing databases Explore automation opportunities and dynamic pricing solutions Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to align pricing with margin targets and sourcing constraints Communicate pricing decisions and insights to internal stakeholders Create and monitor pricing KPIs and margin analysis reports Identify pricing trends, risks, and opportunities in customer behavior or market dynamics Support special initiatives like promotional pricing, new market/channel entry, or customer segmentation refinement Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline Knowledge/Skills/Requirements: 2–5 years’ experience in pricing, FP&A, or supply chain analytics; experience in perishable or foodservice industries preferred Strong Excel and data modeling skills; familiarity with pricing systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inputs and deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially with sales and procurement teams Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. Work Environment This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. Work Schedule This is an on-site role, Monday through Friday.
