Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst who will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of our client solutions. This role is not just about data analysis—it is about owning the development of complex pricing models that directly inform bids, proposals, and strategic decisions across our contact centre services and integrated solutions.
You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to create pricing structures that are commercially competitive, sustainable, and profitable. This includes modelling workforce requirements, technology costs, and transaction volumes, as well as presenting clear insights that influence senior decision-makers and client outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and maintain pricing models that support new business proposals, client renewals, and scope changes.
  • Translate business requirements into financial models, including FTE and workforce planning, technology/platform costs, transaction volumes, and service levels (SLAs).
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to highlight risks and opportunities in commercial proposals.
  • Support the sales process, contributing to client presentations, tenders, and pitches with clear commercial recommendations.
  • Review contracts to ensure commercial risks are identified and understood across the business.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, influencing key commercial decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing models align with operational delivery and client expectations.
