We are expanding to Utah and want to work with high-performing badasses that will play an integral part in our expansion of the company. This full-time position will work credit decisioning and analysis for our Small Business Loans.
The Pricing Underwriting Analyst will report directly to the Director of Pricing and will be responsible for the initial review and underwriting/pricing of new and renewal business loans.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in finance, underwriting risk, or analytic roles. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, be driven to succeed, and be highly analytical & detail oriented. REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years’ experience in risk, underwriting, finance or analytical positions.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Familiar with credit bureaus and other risk assessment tools & comfortable with modeling and risk scoring.
  • Business and/or subprime lending experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel to our Miami Office – including first 3 weeks for training.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and analysis, to offer business loans for small businesses.
  • Review business bank statements and credit profiles, to assess the associated risk and establish appropriate pricing structures.
  • Analyze risk factors and look for opportunities to improve risk / reward equation.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and test innovations.
