Job Summary: The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. This role involves analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to provide data-driven insights. The Pricing Analyst will work closely with the pricing manager, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively executed. Key Responsibilities: · Analyze pricing data and trends to identify opportunities for price optimization. · Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies for new and existing products. · Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support pricing decisions. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of pricing strategies and promotions. · Prepare pricing reports and analysis for senior management. · Maintain and update pricing databases and tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information. · Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related role in the manufacturing industry. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools. · Experience with project-based and/or item-based analysis with manufacturing and distribution companies. Location: ·Primarily remote with occasional required commutes to our Houston facility (8324 Hansen Rd, Houston, TX 77075). ·Occasional travel to manufacturing sites and customer locations.
