  • Partner with IT and Data teams to enhance pricing tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into member segmentation, transaction patterns, and campaign effectiveness to enhance decision-making.
  • Utilize statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and A/B testing to measure the impact of pricing adjustments and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports to track pricing performance and campaign KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to pricing and promotional activities.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years of experience in pricing analysis, campaign analytics, or a related data-intensive role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar.

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered an asset.

ANY OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:

The position is considered remote/hybrid. The successful candidate will be expected to travel to Calgary or Edmonton on a quarterly basis for on-site team meet
