Pricing and Commercials Lead The opportunity As our Pricing Lead you’ll lead the development of robust financial analysis and support pricing development for large, complex pursuits. This is a hybrid position based in either Naarm – Melbourne or Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. Your key responsibilities Support EY teams develop a compelling commercial value propositions while maintaining profitability and risk standards. Articulate the expected financial performance of a strategic engagement. Contribute to the development of people, capability, reusable tools and pricing assets, and the embedding of commercial best practice, processes, knowledge and behaviours within EY. Skills and attributes for success Bachelor’s degree in a numerical field (Accounting / Statistics / engineering etc.) 5+ years of working in a professional services firm, technology consulting firm, corporate development, finance operations or investment banking 2 + years providing costing and pricing services (preferably including experience in Managed Services and outcome-based pricing). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills. Collaboration skills; working effectively with groups across all levels in EY Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn. Experience designing and presenting internal and external value propositions that clearly articulate the value creation potential of EY’s product, service, solution or transaction High level of flexibility, drive and ability to work under pressure. Initiative, resourcefulness, creativity and good attention to detail, continuously producing work of high-quality. Comfortable with financial modelling, expert in Microsoft Excel.
