About the Role We are looking for a Pricing and Demand Analyst to be responsible for analyzing expected demand based on historical data and seasonality, proposing optimal pricing strategies, and monitoring train quotas to maximize revenue and seat occupancy. The day-to-day tasks: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on booking curves, passenger profiles, and demand forecasts. Analyze quotas assigned per OD (Origin-Destination) on each train and adjust them to optimize seat occupancy. Develop and propose effective pricing mixes per train. Study booking curves and draw insights to enhance load factor and overall revenue. Conduct ad hoc analyses as required. Analyze passenger profiles, website visits, and conversion journeys using Google Analytics. Produce reports and presentations on promotional campaigns and pricing offers, including ROI evaluations. Mentor and provide guidance to new team members within the department. The must have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent command of English and Arabic (both written and spoken). The good to have: Creative and analytical thinking Proactive and critical mindset Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities
