Job Description
As a Pricing and Forecasting Lead you will be responsible for setting the prices of products and services offered by the Group. You will develop strategies to ensure that prices are competitive in the market place and provide fair value to customers. You will be responsible for the lending element of the Group budgeting and forecasting process, through engagement across the Commercial Office, Sales, Operations and Finance.

As a Pricing and Forecasting Lead you will be:

• Providing expertise and consultancy support across the business area to carry out analysis and investigations of complex problems, issues and opportunities
• Responsible for the maintenance of sourcing system data and supporting the pro-active monitoring of sourcing system listings with a view to making recommendations on improvement of performance of product listings
• Developing pricing strategies across products and distribution channels and agreeing pricing decisions with key stakeholders across the Group
• Leading the development of lending forecasts, and engaging with key stakeholders across the business to define and continuously update lending forecasts ensuring that this reflects the latest market intelligence, marketing and sales delivery plans
• Producing regular reporting and insight on performance, including pricing adherence and lending volumes
• Developing data and reporting suitable to understand key performance and risk indicators to support and influence discussions with key stakeholders
• Owning all pricing processes, including inputs into planning, funding, budgeting and forecasting processes.
