We’re hiring a Pricing and Promotions Manager to lead the strategy behind our £3m Trade Marketing budget across Refresco’s UK brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the go-to trade expert—owning pricing, promotions, and channel strategy to drive profitable growth. You’ll manage trade spend, spot opportunities, and build smarter systems that boost ROI. If you’re commercially sharp, thrive on data, and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment, this is your next big move.
ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing role within the FMCG sector, who is highly numerate with strong Excel skills and a sharp commercial mindset. You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to present clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. A background knowledge of the soft drinks market is desirable, but more importantly, you’ll bring a proactive, self-starting attitude, able to take ownership, make informed decisions, and perform well under pressure. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy combining data insight with strategic thinking, we’d love to hear from you.
Ultimately, we encourage everyone to role model our core values of agility, responsibility, passion, excellence, and entrepreneurship as we believe these are what has made Refresco successful so far.
