JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

As the Pricing Transparency/CTrax Sr Business Analyst you will be responsible for performing analysis and quality assurance on company pricing transparency data, producing ad hoc reports related to pricing and other contract data, maintaining the commercial/ governmental managed care contract repository, and training various user groups in the processes and applications related to the role.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred. May be substituted with related experience or education.
  • 3-7 years’ Experience.
  • Experience with managed care contracting, Microsoft Office, relational databases, and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and produce key data as required by federal and state pricing transparency regulations.
  • Convert negotiated rate and fee schedule data into a standardized format.
  • QA test standardized rate sheets and fee schedules for accuracy.
  • Load and maintain standardized data in CTrax system.
  • Build pricing transparency reports and perform QA testing on output data.
  • Using pricing transparency data, contract language, and other data sources, design and implement ad hoc reports based on requirements from key stakeholders throughout the Company.
  • Maintain CTrax, the managed care contract administration/management system.
  • Facilitate contract negotiation workflow by working with internal stakeholders to ensure tracking mechanisms are accurate and resources are notified appropriately.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze, review, and input key contract terms into CTrax.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental and company policies.
  • Organize and load key documents into CTrax, including electronic contract documents, amendments, rate sheets, fee schedules, provider manuals, and other documentation as required.
  • Work with leadership and ITG to suggest, implement, and QA test fixes/improvements to CTrax.
  • Train various user groups in systems and applications relevant to the position.
  • Conduct training sessions, both live and remote.
  • Issue updates to user groups impacted by system changes and developments.
  • Working with senior members of the department, develop a responsive relationship with customers emphasizing timeliness and accuracy.
  • Participate in all departmental training and professional development opportunities.
  • Add value to the department by producing accurate results, working efficiently, and continuing to grow in the position.
