Hybrid : This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or other similar areas.
  • Previous experience in similar positions.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Effective communication ability, strategic thinking, adaptability, leadership and influence skills.
  • Advanced/Fluent English Level.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SQL / Power BI knowledge is a plus
  • It is a plus to have knowledge of the automotive market, and if you have experience in the commercial, principle, and distribution areas (sales operations).
    For this position, relocation/transfer assistance will not be available.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the team to provide market assessments in order to accomplish Wholesale, P&L and MS targets,
  • Develop the Commercial Sales Strategy for each month, quarter and year, which includes both consolidation and communication to the rest of the Sales Ops Leadership.
  • Responsible for APU’s weekly pricing reports, such as MSRP/Net Price Monitor, and monthly meetings such as Market Overview, PPI & SA PPI.
  • Manage the relationship and lead negotiations with our Financial Business Partners (GPAT/GMF).
  • Design pricing and incentives strategies for all sales channel in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
  • Coordinate presentations and support sales leadership in decision-making processes to provide market vision to accomplish Wholesale, P&L and MS targets.
  • Participate in and lead projects with Sales Leadership and Marketing Team, such as product launches, Annual meetings, Dealer Conventions or other Innovate Meetings.
