We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Coordinator to support our terminal operations in a fast paced transportation logistics environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating pricing strategies, preparing rate quotations, maintaining tariffs and rate files, and ensuring pricing accuracy to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and prepare rate quotes for new and existing customers based on operational capacity, cost analysis and market competitiveness
• Confirm rate on COD Accounts and ensure rate offers and updates are being issued and sent out in timely manner.
• Maintain up to date pricing databases, tariffs, and customer rate agreements
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing for various transportation services (e.g. LTL, cross dock)
• Analyze pricing trends, customer profitability, and lane costing to support strategic decision making
• Respond to internal and external pricing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor opportunities for pricing automation or improvements in quote turnaround times
• Ensure compliance with customer contracts and interval pricing policies
• Support billing or audit teams in resolving rate discrepancies or disputes.
