We are seeking an experienced and strategic Pricing Coordinator to join our team! About the Role: The Pricing Coordinator supports the development, implementation, and management of pricing strategies across our product lines. You will work cross-functionally with sales, finance, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Input and update pricing information in ERP, pricing software, or other systems. * Load and maintain customer contract and matrix pricing. * Work with Sales to address customer pricing inquiries and exceptions. * Collaborate with purchasing teams on new pricing structures. * Evaluate vendor pricing to secure competitive pricing and maximize profitability. * Prepare monthly pricing expiration and ad hoc reporting for sales and management teams. Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Required: * Previous Pricing (preferably in the HVAC industry) experience required. * Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills; ability to present data and insights to diverse audiences. * Ability to translate pricing data and concepts into clear, understandable recommendations. * Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence tools. * Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field or work experience equivalent. * 2-4 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related analytical role. * Experience in HVAC distribution, mechanical-contracting, or building-materials distribution strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Pricing Coordinator manages the development and implementation of pricing strategies across product lines. This includes updating ERP systems, maintaining customer contracts, and collaborating with sales and purchasing teams to maximize profitability.
