Join our team as a Pricing Coordinator Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, execution, and continuous improvement of pricing agreements and rebate programs. You will collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence, strengthen data integrity, and enhance pricing performance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality results. What will you do? Manage and execute pricing agreements and rebate programs with precision Maintain and update customer pricing aligned with business strategies Ensure pricing accuracy across systems and resolve discrepancies Act as a subject matter expert for pricing-related inquiries Support data validation, reporting, and system improvements Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve rebate and pricing issues Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities What will make you successful? 5+ years in pricing, rebates, or sales operations Strong SAP and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Effective cross-functional communication skills Functional knowledge of English and French is required. Must be able to work with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally. Preferred Experience with distributor rebates or ship-and-debit programs Familiarity with ERP systems, EDI, or data integration Experience supporting system or process improvements Let us learn about you!
