We are seeking a Pricing & Insights Analyst to function as the organization’s central data expert, responsible for transforming internal and external data into clear, actionable insights that support pricing strategy, margin improvement, and category performance. This role evaluates pricing structures, analyzes customer and product trends, builds reporting tools, and supports cross-functional teams with data that drives informed decision-making. Requirements Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI a plus High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong collaboration skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships Self-motivated with a positive, professional approach Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred) 2+ years of experience preferred; will consider strong candidates with less experience and relevant coursework Relevant coursework or experience working with large datasets, business analytics, or pricing functions preferred Primary Job Duties Analyze pricing for new and existing products to ensure alignment with margin expectations Recommend and support pricing adjustments Conduct market and competitive research to validate pricing decisions Analyze customer, category, POS, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities Lead planogram and category performance analysis Support Sales, Purchasing, and internal teams with data-driven insights Manage and maintain data pulls, dashboard builds, report creation, and distribution of information Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership and business initiatives Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytical processes Physical Demands/Environment: Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; hear; use close, distance and peripheral vision; depth perception; ability to adjust focus Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, talk Occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; work near moving mechanical parts and in outdoor weather conditions; exposed to fumes and airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals The noise level is usually moderate Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, and vision insurance (free vision for employee only option). 401(k) retirement plan with company match after a year of employment.
