Description

Due to growth and expansion within our team, SecuriGroup are seeking a Pricing Lead with a real passion for numbers, to work with our commercial and operational teams in the UK, to demonstrate our values of Loyalty, Integrity and Professionalism while delivering a high standard of service.
The Pricing Lead for SecuriGroup is responsible for preparing, analysing, and maintaining pricing strategies for SecuriGroup’s services. This role requires a keen and high level understanding of legislation, market trends, customer needs, and financial principles to create competitive and profitable pricing models. The Pricing Lead will work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing is aligned with business objectives, customer expectations, and industry standards.

Job Specification:

  • Create pricing models that balance competitiveness with profitability, considering factors like labour, overhead, and service delivery requirements.
  • Research and review legislative changes and understand the impact these have on live, and future cost models to be able to budget.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare variance reports, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of tender documentation and evaluate bids for accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and operations to ensure all estimates and budgets align with expectations.
  • Ensure all costings adhere to company standards, health and safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of costings, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Ensure that contractual terms are adhered to and that the project progresses according to agreed terms through the life of it.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, contracts, and organizational policies in all cost calculations.
  • Suggest strategies for improving cost efficiency, such as adjusting shift patterns, reducing overtime, or renegotiating labour rates.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate competitor pricing, industry trends, and customer preferences to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Effective time management and organisational abilities to meet project deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role working with wage costs such as Apprenticeship Levy, National Insurance, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay etc.

Overtime or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines or operational needs.
