• 5–7 years’ experience in corporate or consulting roles with exposure to pricing functions
• Proven experience implementing pricing processes and leading change
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
• CPP certification is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a partnering mindset

• Develop and implement pricing strategies and policies to drive profitable growth
• Analyse pricing data, market trends, and competitor activity to guide decision making
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with strategic pricing proposals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Product to support SAP S/4Hana pricing migration
• Create and maintain pricing performance reports and dashboards
• Provide insights on pricing sensitivity, win/loss analysis, and margin impact
• Lead continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes and governance
