We're hiring for a Pricing Manager for a leading producer and marketer of technology-driven natural ingredients, ingredient systems, and integrated solutions for the food, beverage, and nutrition industry. With more than 45 production sites and 75 offices worldwide. Role Profile Job Title: Pricing Manager Department: Finance Reporting To: Head of Finance / Global Pricing Manager Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday) Role Overview As a Pricing Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing the pricing strategy across the organization. You will manage pricing-related projects, support global initiatives, and collaborate with various departments to ensure profitability and competitive positioning. This role combines strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Implement the pricing strategy in alignment with divisional and global goals. Conduct pricing workshops and support training on pricing tools and processes. Generate and maintain plan prices for strategic raw materials. Support position management and cost analysis for strategic materials. Lead pricing-related projects, including IT and process optimization initiatives. Analyze pricing data, customer trends, and competitor activities to identify improvement opportunities. Develop compelling arguments for sales to support pricing decisions. Manage strategic tender pricing, open-book costing, and customer project calculations. Drive margin improvement initiatives and coordinate pricing actions with sales and sourcing teams. Ensure documentation of effective processes in internal systems and promote standardization and digitization. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. +4 years of experience in pricing, costing, or controlling, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience with SAP is a strong plus. Holding CMA or IFRS certification is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset. Why Join Us?
