Partner closely with the Innovation Process & Data team to ensure pricing requirements are properly implemented and supported within tooling and processes. Identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows, documentation, and tooling usage to increase efficiency and scalability. Contribute to training materials, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the pricing domain. Qualifications You are a structured and detail-oriented professional with a strong affinity for data, processes, and pricing operations. You enjoy working at the intersection of analytics, systems, and stakeholder collaboration. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data, or a related field. Relevant experience in pricing, commercial operations, data management, or process-driven roles (retail or FMCG experience is a plus). Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and confidence in working with pricing and margin data. Experience working with pricing or data systems (e.g. PriceFX or similar tooling) is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and process orientation, with the ability to work accurately within governance frameworks and timelines. Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and communicate pricing insights clearly and structured. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose improvements, and drive operational excellence. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
