ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE
The Merchant Solutions (MS) business unit addresses our customers’ payment acceptance needs in physical stores. MS serves both Large and Key Accounts (LAKA) with customized support models and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with scalable service options. Our offerings include payment terminals, payment settlement services (Acquiring), a variety of Value-Added Services (VAS), and comprehensive customer support.
As a Pricing Manager , you will be the go-to expert for all pricing-related matters within MS. You will work within the Finnish marketing team, collaborating with colleagues in local commercial teams, as well as teams across the Nordics and Europe. The pricing community in particular works closely together on the Nordic level.
In LAKA pricing , you’ll collaborate with the sales team during tender processes and contract renegotiations, ensuring that pricing aligns with margin targets and company objectives. You’ll also provide strategic advice to management regarding the optimal pricing for individual accounts, based on customer specifics and the competitive landscape.
In SME pricing , you will analyze the profitability of customer segments, define pricing structures for core products and value-added services, and identify opportunities for growth within the existing customer base. You’ll also manage repricing efforts as necessary.
Your role will also include performing analytical work related to the merchant portfolio, as well as contributing to the development of pricing models, tools, and processes.
