Contribute to the development of price and reimbursement strategies for the existing portfolio and for new products in the development or registration phases and support the assessment of any market access impact from external environment. Collaborate on mitigation plans to optimize submission strategies and maximize business benefit. Remain updated regarding external market access environment and monitor market and competitors including prices and reimbursement conditions. Contribute to the preparation and to the submission of P&R dossier and to the coordination of the involved internal Stakeholder. Establish and maintain excellent working network of professional contacts and relationships with Associations/External Experts in line with local rules and policy.
Remain updated regarding Italian Government and Health Authority decisions and actions concerning Pharmaceutical access legislation and budget control, and their effect on Company products. Contribute to the sales forecast process with reference to the market access and pricing topics through a strict interaction with Finance, Controlling, SNO and Therapeutic Areas. Support price authorization requests to Global Functions and their management through our internal pricing System for Italy and Malta. Monitor products sales ceilings/MEA performance/ Monitoring registries/ Actual sales vs. those communicated to Health Authority in the reimbursement dossier. Among the specific obligations set up by Global and local SOPs, take particular attention and regular training should be performed in order to assure the full personal responsibility about the collection and transfer of Product Quality Complaints (PQC) and Pharmacovigilance signals.
