Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: As a key contributor within the Global Pricing team, the Pricing Project Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our pricing framework by ensuring rate integrity and compliance, driving segmentation advancements, and maintaining robust pricing standards and documentation. You will lead and support critical projects aimed at optimizing our rate structures and referentials across Accor. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills, a solid understanding of pricing principles in the hospitality sector, and proven analytical capabilities to diagnose issues, interpret performance, and leverage data-driven insights. Your mission: Rate Integrity & Compliance Initiatives: Rate Integrity & Standards: Support the implementation and adherence to global pricing standards and policies to ensure consistency and accuracy across all rate offerings. Rate Compliance & Monitoring: Assist in monitoring rate parity and compliance initiatives, contributing to the health of our distribution channels. Rate Clean-up & Audits: Participate in systematic rate data clean-up efforts and audits within our CRS to identify and rectify discrepancies. Diagnostic Analysis: Conduct analyses to identify root causes of rate discrepancies, non-compliance, and data inconsistencies. Pricing Project Management & Evolution: Segmentation Revamp Support: Contribute to the strategic overhaul and implementation of the new segmentation framework, ensuring alignment with global pricing objectives. Room Type Standardization: Lead initiatives for the standardization of room types across systems, collaborating with relevant teams to streamline inventory management and pricing. Project Execution: Manage the lifecycle of assigned pricing projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and coordination with various stakeholders. Performance Analysis: Evaluate the impact of new pricing initiatives on key business metrics. CRS Modernization Support: System Transition Assistance: Act as a key support for the transition to our new CRS (ACRS), assisting in the meticulous design, building, and migration of rate libraries and referentials, ensuring pricing methodologies and practices align seamlessly with technological advancements, providing operational support throughout this transformation. Project Rollout Contribution: Support the successful execution and rollout of key pricing projects within ACRS, including contributing to the segmentation rollout, rate clean-up initiatives, and potential room type migrations. Pricing Documentation & Governance: Pricing Documentation Maintenance: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive pricing documentation, including the global Pricing Book and detailed rate referentials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Rate Governance Support: Support the operational aspects of rate governance frameworks, contributing to the establishment and enforcement of pricing rules and guidelines, with regions, brands and loading teams. Referential Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our rate referential data, acting as a key point of contact for related updates and queries. Qualifications And you? Proven experience in revenue and pricing management (7+ years), preferably in the hospitality or travel industry. Strong working knowledge of CRS (central reservation systems), PMS (property management systems), RMS (revenue management systems), Channel Management, and other hotel systems and onward distribution. Deep knowledge of hospitality and tourism sectors, preferably international, with very good overview of distribution landscape and coherence between used systems and available solutions Technology savvy with understanding of BI tools/processes Strong organizational, project management skills required, particularly in the context of technology implementations, with experience in managing diverse teams across different cultures Strong numerical and analytical background, with the ability to derive insights from data Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills High engagement and ability to work in a team Ability to autonomously work in high-pressure situations Passionate about helping leading hotels to capitalize on technology opportunities Fluent English skills Additional Information Accor dares to impact: - the world Accor is committed to the world around us, with a strong employer culture focused on the development of our 300,000 talents.
