WHAT’S NEEDED - BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2-3 years of previous work experience performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive business decisions.At ease with data and numbers

    • proficient in Excel, and experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Access, Power BI, and database reporting.

    WHAT’S NEEDED - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 4+ years of pricing strategy or pricing project management experience in retail, e-commerce, or B2B.
    • Experience with statistical modeling or advanced analytics.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems, pricing software, or competitive intelligence platforms.
    • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile).
    Responsibilities

    The Pricing Project Manager will lead impactful initiatives that shape the company’s pricing strategies, driving profitability and maximizing customer lifetime value across Digital and B2B business segments. This role leverages a proven analytical framework to evaluate the forecasted and actual impacts of pricing decisions, ensuring competitiveness in a dynamic market. Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, the Pricing Project Manager exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving project objectives while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

    • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines for pricing strategy initiatives.
    • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market research to inform decisions and maintain market competitiveness.
    • Monitor and report on project performance, proactively addressing risks and barriers to success.
    • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and process improvements to refine future pricing strategy efforts.
    • Ensure all pricing initiatives comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
