Job Description Your Responsibilities: Active participation in building the quoting strategy Preparing ocean and transcon transport offers (with a focus on large RFQs) Effective collaboration with business partners in acquiring rates Close cooperation with the Product Manager, Sales department, and operational teams Analyzing prepared quotations in terms of win ratio Analyzing contract terms and expectations, and responding to inquiries Qualifications Our Requirements: At least one year of professional experience in logistics Highly developed analytical skills Understanding of international logistics operations and pricing in various modes (especially ocean and road transport) Very good knowledge of both English and Polish (minimum B2 level) Good knowledge of MS Office suite (great command of Excel) Quick action and ease of adapting to situations Very good organizational skills, especially under time pressure Curiosity and a positive attitude towards seeking challenges and solutions Additional Information Expeditors offers excellent benefits: Paid Vacation, Holiday, Sick Time Health Plan: Medical Life Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Plan Training and Personnel Development Program Growth opportunities within the company Employee Referral Program Bonus

The Pricing Specialist will actively participate in building the quoting strategy and prepare transport offers, focusing on large RFQs. They will collaborate with business partners and analyze quotations to improve win ratios.
