Managing VOIS global sales opportunities from qualification to submission and contracting whilst understanding the customer's requirements and providing pricing expertise based on project lifecycle, industry best practices and regional and market dynamics. Operating in a global environment, effectively using resources across a global framework Engaging, managing and briefing C-level stakeholders Shape the deal strategy to maximize the chances of winning the business and ensure that VOIS's commercial activities are managed in a timely manner, meeting company objectives and mitigating potential risks, Actively participating in customer negotiations and contracting Assessing commercial and financial risks and proposing a mitigation plan 4+ year of experience in pricing/commercial management in BPO or services pricing fields Experience in customer facing negotiations is a must Excellent analytical mindset Proactive, solution-oriented approach
