We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our team and support the Flavors business in Tlalnepantla. Pricing Specialist will need to have solid experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies for the company’s products. Works closely with several other departments, including sales, production, finance, etc. Will be responsible for managing pricing and product strategy for Flavors BU’s to drive growth and profitability across product portfolios.  What you’ll do:    * Analyze market and data trends to provide best pricing guidance to fulfill customer protocols. * Partner closely with in-house teams such as sales, product and costing to troubleshoot and resolve pricing issues. * Manage day-to-day customer pricing, commercialization & communication process. * Guide customer requirement and commercialization process across all pricing touch-points initiatives including new product launches. * Provide leadership, within the commercial leadership team on the pricing strategy to deliver margin enhancing growth. * Implement customer planning cycle working with Sales and finance teams on the negotiation of annual pricing considerations ensuring P & L impacts are recovered, and opportunities get maximized. * Serve as a Business Partner to the Sales team in cross functionally managing key customer initiatives, RFP’s and other defend/win scenarios.   What you’ll bring:   * Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop long term pricing strategies and manage business unit plans to enhance portfolio profitability. * Excellent relationship building skills, internally and externally. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High level of accuracy. * Strategic thinker. * A team player. * Strong leadership. * Analytical Mindset. * Dealing with Complexity. * Dealing with Ambiguity.     What you’ll get:   * An excellent compensation package (salary and benefits) and professional development opportunities. * A comprehensive and effective onboarding and training program. * The opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and customer solutions.    About Sensient  Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
