Work Flexibility: Hybrid Key Activities & Accountabilities: Full accountability in managing the preparation and submission of Tender documentation, instilling a proactive approach to new submissions through strong collaborative communication with the Sales/marketing team. Full accountability in managing the preparation of contracts resulting from the business won from the submission of Tenders. Respond to on-going internal and external customer enquiries regarding contracts and pricing. Manage the special pricing deals set up for customers. Further define and improve upon the existing Tender and contracting processes to increase process efficiencies and output effectiveness. Prepare margin analysis for list prices, tenders and bids. Support with collection of information for business case analysis on offers and tenders. Discount calculations based on tender obligations. Adapted to the different countries defined needs. Follow up and investigate different request from local business. Manage reporting, statistics and analysis. Duties to include: Respond to published OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union) advertisements and apply for full texts which are to be completed in a timely manner and prior to closing date. This will include liaising with Sales and internal departments to gather the required information along with providing any supporting documentation that may be required. Assistance, when required, with the management of Stryker Annual Price master files and production of Stryker Price list per country. Ownership of maintaining and reviewing pricing on all Special Pricing to ensure usage warrants pricing. Loading tender pricing once received award notification - amending any special pricing already on system. Assisting with the running of customer own price lists (year end and requests throughout the year). Ownership of group email - either dealing with queries independently or passing them on to the relevant team member. Responding to internal and external customer queries around pricing and statistics. General administration - filing, post and archiving. Actively seek ways to improve the department and the efficiency of processes through close collaboration with cross-functional Stryker Leaders (MM(Marketing Manager), KAD(key account director) and NSM(national sales manager) & TSM(technical service manager)) to create effective and persuasive materials. Education: Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English. Any other Nordic language is a plus. Graduate level. Strong Excel skills are required and Power BI skilled would be desirable. Adequate IT Knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office, Oracle). Experience: 0+ years of related work experience in Tender I Key Accounts / Business Services. Experience working in a multi-international business environment preferred. Experience in Microsoft Office, Super user in Excel. Knowledge and understanding of public (and private) sector bid requirements. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
