What You Will Do: Data entry and maintenance of customer rebate and non-rebate contracts Trouble-shoot pricing issues with Sales and Managers Work with Sales to increase GM% General pricing updates Monthly and GM% Reports Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow up and follow through with multiple tasks Strong customer service focus and the ability to develop and maintain good sales relations Good math aptitude Personal computer skills and knowledge of Office Tools: Excel (Advanced), Outlook, Word, and web navigation. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Office environment, mainly seated at a desk Continuous phone and computer use Lifting, 25 – 35 lbs – office files Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance Salary & Compensation: This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime Pay is $25/hour - $31,25/hour, DOE.
