• Tutor and supervise and oversee tutors during session times to ensure quality and consistency in lesson delivery.
• After hours from 3:45pm-5:45pm Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Maintain a tidy environment. Ensure the tutoring centre is clean, organised, and welcoming for students and parents.
• Conduct Free basic Assessments. Perform academic assessments for students when parents book. (additional commission included for enrolments).
• Act as the main point of contact for parents, providing updates and addressing concerns or feedback.
• Communicate effectively with tutors and staff to ensure smooth operations and a collaborative atmosphere.
• Address any challenges to director promptly and implement solutions to maintain high-quality service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or tutoring role (preferred).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for education and student success.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
