Crossing Rivers Health is seeking an experienced & collaborative Director to lead our Primary Care Clinic In this role, you will partner closely with providers, clinical teams, and staff to ensure the delivery of coordinated, patient-centered care aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Crossing Rivers Health. You will serve as a key leader within the organization, supporting daily clinic operations while fostering a culture grounded in respect, accountability, collaboration, and excellence. As the Primary Care Clinic Director, you will provide leadership across all aspects of clinic operations, including staff recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and professional development. You will guide the team through change, support engagement, and create an environment where both patients and staff feel supported and valued. This role is instrumental in sustaining the strong foundation already established within the clinic while thoughtfully supporting future opportunities for growth. You will contribute to strategic planning efforts, oversee departmental budgeting, and support the continued delivery of high-quality, accessible care. Bachelor’s Degree (four year college) Preferred, Field of Study: Nursing or related field.
