Ensure that clinical, supportive and therapeutic interventions protect the rights of the patient and are in accordance with evidence-based practice and Primary and community mental health service policies.Adhere to confidentiality principles and maintain the rights of individual patients.Contribute personal and professional skills, therapeutic use of self and those of other nurses under their supervision, to ensure the development of the Mental Health TeamIdentify and manage risks in variety of settings.Offering support and advice to families and carers and acting as an advocate for clients, where appropriate.Manage a caseload by the effective use of time and resources within the scope of the service model.Provide constructive supervision in clinical managerial and educational needs in relation to staff development and risk Management.Influence/make and implement changes to clinical practice, locally and trust wide.Participate in individual appraisal performance reviews and the construction of personal developments plan
